Welcome to Kingdoms ("the Game", "we", "us"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts, selling accounts, or transferring accounts is not allowed.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Fair Play rules.

3. Gameplay & virtual items

  • Gold, resources, troops, buildings, quests and any other in-game items are a limited license to use inside the Game — they have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Seasons may be reset from time to time; this is a normal part of the game.
  • We may adjust balance, prices, mechanics, and content at any time.

4. Purchases

Gold and other paid features are governed by our Refund Policy. Prices and offers may change. Vouchers and promotions may have their own terms.

5. Conduct

You agree to follow our Fair Play & Conduct rules: no cheating, no bots or automation, no exploiting bugs, no harassment, no illegal content.

6. User content

Messages, alliance names, village names, forum posts and support tickets you submit are your responsibility. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display them inside the Game as needed to run the service. We may remove content that breaks the rules.

7. Availability & changes

The Game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it online but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or discontinue features at any time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost progress, lost virtual items, indirect damages, or any losses caused by third parties. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived by law.

9. Termination

You can stop playing at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. On termination, your license to use the Game and any virtual items ends.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to play after changes means you accept them.
