Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases of Gold and other paid features inside Kingdoms.

1. Digital goods

Gold, boosts, extra queue slots and other paid features are digital items delivered to your account immediately. Because they are consumed and provide an in-game advantage right away, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once used.

2. When we do refund

We will refund a purchase if:

  • You were charged but the Gold or feature was never delivered because of a technical error, and we can't fix it by re-delivering the item.
  • The purchase was unauthorized (for example, a child bought Gold without permission) and we're notified promptly. We may reverse the linked in-game items.
  • The law where you live gives you a specific right to a refund we can't lawfully deny.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Open a ticket via our Contact page.
  2. Include your username, the approximate date and amount of the purchase, and what went wrong.
  3. We usually reply within a few days.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we can often fix the issue directly. Accounts with chargebacks may have the disputed Gold and any items bought with it removed, and may be suspended pending review.

5. Season resets

Seasonal wipes are a normal part of the game and are not grounds for a refund of Gold purchases made during the season.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version always lives on this page.
