Kingdoms is currently a web-only game — we don't operate a support email inbox. All contact with the team happens through the in-game Support system, and admin replies come back to you as in-game Messages.

Open a support ticket

Sign in and open a ticket from the Support page. Use this channel for:

  • Bug reports and lost progress.
  • Payment or Gold delivery issues (see Refund Policy).
  • Reports of cheating or harassment (see Fair Play).
  • Privacy requests such as data access or account deletion (see Privacy Policy).
  • Any legal question about these policies.

What to include

  • Your in-game username.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • Approximate date and time (with your timezone) of the issue.
  • For reports: the other player's username and any relevant screenshots or message links.

Response times

We aim to respond within a few days. Complex privacy or refund requests may take longer. Replies arrive in your in-game Messages inbox — please keep an eye on it.
